Who knows, but they are showing signs that it might be the next thing according to 9to5 Mac. I messed around with this a little today, and it is handy I suppose if you message a lot with your Facebook friends, rather than having the full featured app open. The nice thing is you won't miss any messages since they are saved on the site so you can access them the next time you log onto Facebook. For instant contact, nothing beats SMS in my book, but if you don't have their cell phone number then this will work pretty slick. How about you, any thoughts on this latest program from Facebook?
