Don't get too excited, though: you'll have to live in Taiwan to take advantage of the revised return policy."</em></p><p><img height="322" src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/resizer/thumbs/size/600/at/auto/1309205099.usr105634.jpg" width="600" /></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This is aggravating, I wish we had the same thing offered to us outside of Thailand. I've purchased several apps that I wish I hadn't and this would be the perfect out. It might also keep a lot of the crap out of the app store. I try to read through the reviews and determine which ones I can trust before purchasing the app, but sometimes the bad ones get through. Even if it were just a one day deal I would be happy. Apple seems to be playing by the rule of law in Thailand but what about Google and their Android Marketplace? No dice so far, they refuse to allow returns.&nbsp;</p>

Yeah, this bugs me too. On Windows Phone I can get a trial version of the app so I know if I want to buy it or not. Why can't Apple do the same?

Android used to have a long refund period, but now it's shrunk to 15 minutes. *sigh*

I like the 15 minute trial! Most apps I download dont make it THAT long anyway. And I agree...it would truely keep a lot of the CRAP out of the store.

One thing I DON'T want is two different versions of an app. There are already FREE advert-free versions of many apps but I dont wan't One Trial Version, and one Full Version. Then I'll have to delete one app and download another. If it was sync'd to my iTunes, I'll need to delete the trial there as well...and it will STILL show up in my Purchased Items List in the App Store (a list that I wish I could edit as there are many apps I'll NEVER download again).

Agreed. That really irks me. Especially when I clicked on something - can't remember what - and it downloaded all the stupid apps that I'd already deleted off my system! The app management on the desktop is downright awful. :(
