It's done though, and it's up there being shared, so the genie can't be put back in the bottle. I'm watching it now and very little was shown or said about the hardware - dubbed SeaRay - in the first seven minutes. It looks like most of the video is a walk-through of Windows Phone 7 with Mango.</p>

Rather well filmed video for a 'secretly done' video. Seems fairly obvious this was intended for general consumption from the start. Pretending it's 'top-secret' is merely a way to attract more viewers and blog postings.

If they want to do it right, they need to leave one in a bar and have someone 'find' it.
