This story says it is two Florida residents, but the <a href="http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/news/comments/apple-sued-over-ios-location-tracking/" target="_blank">story over at iLounge</a> claims it is one person from Florida for the iPhone tracking and one person from New York for the iPad tracking that joined forces in filing this lawsuit. </p>
