<div class='os_post_top_link'><a href='http://www.wpcentral.com/im-windows-phone-hitting-beta-month' target='_blank'>http://www.wpcentral.com/im-windows...ting-beta-month</a><br /><br /></div><p><em>"We've been waiting for quite some time for IM+ to hit Windows Phone 7 and we finally have word that the first beta should be hitting the streets in April."</em></p><p><em><img height="133" src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com//wpt/auto/1302190739.usr117680.png" style="border: 0;" width="527" /></em></p><p>I recently replaced my sister Lindy's dying HTC Hero with a WP7 phone. &nbsp;She tells me she loves how the phone UI looks and ease of use. &nbsp;But, there are two things that has her constantly asking if she should go back to Android. &nbsp;A reliable chat client because IM is her&nbsp;preferred&nbsp;method of communication and proper multitasking so message are always received. &nbsp;</p><p>Up until now the bigger multi-client chat programs such as BeeJive and IM+ have not been available in the marketplace. &nbsp;Thats about to change. &nbsp;IM+ has announced their first beta will be available in April. &nbsp;It's not clear if this will be a public or private beta but at least this means an official release version shouldn't be far behind. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
