Outlook Syncing

So, how do you guys do your Outlook syncing with your Android phones? I started looking into this thinking it would be simple and after an hour of looking and finding http://www.syncdroid.net/ I'm getting a bit overloaded. I want to sync contacts, calender & possibly notes from my Andoid phone to Outlook and back seamlessly. I've bought Pocket Informant so will probaby use toodledo for task syncing.

Companionlink looks pretty good, but are there better solutions?
