Some computer and electronics retailers and mass merchants saw lower scores from 2009, contributing to the 1 percent overall drop. But a dozen sites altogether took home scores of 80 or higher."</em></p><p><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com//at/auto/1293734110.usr105505.png" style="border: 0;" /></p><p>I've dealt with a few different online retailers this year, and my experiences with Apple.com, Amazon.com and Netflix.com have always been stellar, so this isn't really a surprise to me.&nbsp; I was surprised with Newegg's score, but I haven't dealt with them at all this year.&nbsp; Were you surprised by these numbers?&nbsp; Do you agree or disagree with the ratings that some of these retailers got?&nbsp;</p>
