1) The whole platform needs to be “smarter.” When I first started using MM, it deleted some of my data. The Apple Tech I talked with was nice and helpful, but had no idea why my data was gone. Today, MM wanted to add 104 Bookmarks and delete 104 Bookmarks. What was that about??

2) If there's a sync conflict, a dialog box shows the different data and gives you the choice which to keep. This dialog box should be an option for ANY changes MM wants to make. This would give the user better control and eliminate many problems. I've had instances where MM kept the earlier version of something and deleted the latest version.

3) We should be able to back up and restore, at least iOS devices, O-T-A. I know, that's supposed to be coming. I’d like the option to do a partial restore, so I can restore only what was accidentally deleted or otherwise messed up.
