It allows you to browse available apps via your desktop browser, and when you click on download, it will open up the Zune desktop application and show you the app. I think that function might only work in the USA though - for whatever reason, whenever I click on the download link, the Zune Desktop software tells me that "the requested item isn't available" in my location. Yet when I do a search for that same app, it's there in the marketplace. Maybe it will work better for you?</p>

I don't have a WP7 yet. But I have mu Zune installed and I have a Zune HD. I'm from Europe of course. The download link works for me without a problem.:o

<O:p</O:pMaybe your problem is that you don't have an US Live account. I have my Live account set to an address in Los Angeles, CA since the beginning and I had no problems at all.

Could be - except that it's supposed to work in Canada with my real Live ID because WP7 is available in Canada and so are the apps... :rolleyes:
