Like its co-founder and CEO, it can be secretive, prickly and quick to take offense. That is a lot of legal pads my friends. But the author of this article has an interesting point of view, believing that Apple is indeed in fence mending mode. He brings up Google Voice, the reversal of the Flash ban and the response to the antenna problem on the iPhone 4. I'm not so sure they are building fences as much as avoiding more litigation. Who knows for sure, but they do seem to have reversed themselves on several things recently.</p>
