I spent plenty of time on the phone with HTC, who claimed I was just in bad coverage areas (everywhere I went). Even when I could switch my SIM into another 3G-capable device and have a perfectly stable connection in the same location. I was offered the option to send my device in for replacement, but after reading various posts of people on their 4th or 5th device, I decided to get a refund to find another phone. While I am against most suits, I think Google deserves this one.</p>
