yes (Jerry) i can say the this latest ROM has improved the volume to the point where i don't have it set at max earpiece volume. overall OS performance is better/faster and no delays answering the phone with flip or headset. now if this isn't the official ROM, i wonder why? you gotta think that there's something wrong for Mr Moto to not release it. whatever it is, i have yet to encounter it (the problem). kinda makes me feel like i have a napalm-ROM on my phone just waiting to blow up!
