Same here. I have an existing XP install on Parallels 4 (which I hardly use anymore), but I installed the Win 7 RC on the free VirtualBox. No aero glass - which is no big deal to me, and I am thinking that Parallels/Fusion would not support it on my early 2007 MacBook anyway.
I was looking at the product documentation and saw this listed as an issue:
