Check out the link I posted above because that's the idea behind their concept. A touch screen monitor will cause arm strain and a touch table will cause neck strain. They try to eliminate both by putting a touch surface in the same area as your mouse and keyboard.
The Wacom Bamboo pen & touch would do nicely!
