Interesting..., is your system a dual or quad core? I ask because I wonder if on a dual core system the program just separates the audio and the video encoding. Maybe on a quad core system it would separate the video encoding as well.

I found the profiles to be quite useful. Overall, even though I thought the encoding was slow, the program has worked well for everything I needed it for. Plus, as I pointed out in my review, the real value lies in all the software you get for the one low price.
