Agree with your theory!
The Zune pass and Social mean
nothing to me. I can even live without the wireless transfer and FM. All I want/need is a well made, reliable player/viewer, with the ability to download podcasts and transfer my music/photos/videos. I would also like that player to be WMP compatible, even though the Zune software itself is pretty good.
