Hopefully it will be available even sooner; people commenting to Engadget reported that the device seems to be available in Spain and it will also be available in Germany soon. Now if Toshiba will officially confirm the upgreadability to Wm 6.5 I will buy ASAP. It is time to replace my Touch Pro.....running WM 6.5
