If it somehow has T-Mobile AWS frequencies, but increasingly its looking like I will have to strongly consider switching to at&t in the future, T-Mo's odd frequency is not being picked up by device makers so the really juicy devices will be limited when running on T-Mo. If only at&t wasnt such a rubbish carrier....
Also onboard storage, good camera, side hardware buttons and ample ROM and RAM.
