it is still a fact that the Zune device has no concept of disc number tags. I can have a nice single entry in my Zune software catalog of multiple disc albums that play in the right order, but as soon as I move them over to the device I get this 1 1 2 2 3 3 4 4 **** when I play. I have to go and build a playlist just to deal with the device's stupidity.
