I own the Tactical 4.0 Jacket and I think its great.
My only complaints are that its so bulky even with nothing in it. Perhaps that's the nature of the tactical material.
Also, I actually had a regular zipper brake on me. Currently I can only close it using the secondary zippers. I didn't even realize the sleeves came off until you mentioned it.
