Not pretty, but that is the point, there is no way to pretty up all the wires and stuff, so the next best thing is to put them out of the way. Plus, like this, makes upgrading and changing cabling a snap. One upgrading I'm making as I have to change wiring is to replace the zip ties with velcro straps.

Most functional desk I've ever had and it cost under $200. Very easy to build, the only hard part was drilling the holes in the countertop (I made them flush with 0 gap around the poles. It is being supported by a wire shelf underneath.
