Is the d-pad different on the Touch Pro as opposed to the Touch Diamond? They look the same in the photos. The d-pad on my Touch Diamond isn't recessed... it uses the flush lower faceplate and directional control is accessed by pressing the faceplate on the sides of the recessed action button.
