Excellent review! I've had mine for about a month and I am still very happy with it. I use my phone professionally and sync with Exchange and check one of my personal accounts with IMAP4 once an hour. On a typical day, I spend 30-60 minutes on my mobile making calls and I can usually get 3 days out of it. Heavier usage and I have to charge after the second day. When I first got the phone, the battery life was horrible once I turned on OTA Active Sync. Checking the configuration, the "WAP" connection was the only internet connection configured and it was set to use ATT's proxies (they cause Active Sync to lose its connection after a few minutes and the phone is constantly fighting to re-establish it). Once I disabled those, battery life was MUCH better.

I also noted there is good reason HTC includes a free screen protector. I have never bothered with them before, over many phones and PDA's, and never had a problem. The stylus of my Fuze scratched my screen the second day I had it. Man I was upset. Luckily it was light enough that the included screen protector masked it. ...and I ordered a few more!

I was also fairly unsure about ATT's keyboard layout (with punctuation and symbols on the top row, instead of numbers). Well, I think their market research was dead on. I can type so much faster. It makes passwords a little more cumbersome, but I email and text signifigantly more than I visit websites that require authentication.
