The beautiful thing is that you don't
have to create a Web page at all. You can just reroute your domain to your existing blog and not worry about a hosted Web site at all if you don't want to.
To avoid further digression, PM me if you want some ideas. I did that for a few years with my domain, so I can probably help you if you're interested.
