I use Directory Report to find duplicate files
http://www.file-utilities.com
It can find duplicates based on the same:
Name, size, CRC and/or comparing byte-by-byte
It cannot process EXIF data
On the duplicate files windows, you can select multiple duplicate files and delete them all at once
