Mail2web push is quite good. It uses ActiveStink, so if you are already hooked up to an exchange server via AS, you wouldn't get any benefit from it.
The free service allows you to sync all your PIM info, and get true push mail. You also get free outlook web access for desktop interface.
They do have paid plans as well, that would interface with Outlook.
