I have a linksys router setup at the house and before reading this thread I was thinking that maybe I was a bit overboard, but not anymore.
We have the following:
1 - Linux Server via ethernet
2 - Linux destops via ethernet
1 - MythTV Frontend via ethernet
4 - Linux laptops via wifi
1 - Windows Vista laptop via wifi
2 - Zunes via wifi when I have Windows up and running in a virtual machine
2 - Nintendo DSs
1 - Playstation Portable
1 - XBox 360
2-3 other laptops of friends and kids friends for when they come over to visit.
Currently working on setting up 4 more MythTV front ends in various parts of the house, but those will all be via ethernet.
So yea I was thinking I was a bit overboard, but not after reading some of these posts...We have a lot of traffic but isn't that part of the fun?
