My experience with Apple Geniuses has been mixed and depends heavily on what store I've met them in. My closest store now is Allentown, and every experience I've had with the Allentown Apple Store has been top notch. I'll probably miss them all when I move to Philadelphia, lol. Still, I rarely NEED Apple support, which is a plus, and when I've needed it, it's almost always been excellent support. One store (the first I went to, in fact) had horrible service. The rest have been great. So I just stay away from that store now.
