My experience with Apple's Customer Service has actually been one of the worst that I've ever experienced, and that includes talking to my local cable company! :X

I'll save you the boredom of all the details. Simply put, it revolved around an 800MHz iBook G3 with a logic board failure that Apple refused to acknowledge. They wouldn't repair the problem because the iBook was a couple of days out of warranty (and I can understand that), but they again refused to fix it even after they started the Extended Logic Board Repair program.

I was only using the iBook for development (testing a web application on multiple platforms/browsers, etc.). A Windows PC has always been and, thanks to Apple, always will be my primary system. They make a great MP3 player, but their computers leave much to be desired.
