yes, OCN 8 will re-scan Outlook contact for any updates or additional POI that was added since the last launch. If either condition is met, OCN 8 will re-index the new / updated contacts automatically during startup and may show you geocoding error message if any of the new outlook contacts have invalid address.
You could simply create a new outlook contact with bad address, OCN 8 will pick it up the next time you launch the program....>
