Data about buildings is provided in a separate file, so it's likely they got the GPS location of the building site wrong. My experience with addresses in nav systems is that most get the 'side of the road' right about 70% of the time, but this doesn't affect the navigation to the site.

TeleAtlas has been doing a lot of work to upgrade their maps and map accuracy lately, so I've seen a great improvement in road network corrections. As I mentioned in the article, TeleAtlas also provides a web site where people can submit changes and corrections to the maps, so this really helps. Hopefully, OCN will get their 'map update' website up and running soon, so it will be easier to get the latest maps.
