...or both. I have the Sprint HTC Touch Diamond. I previously was using both a Mogul and a Loox N560. Yes, I know that the Mogul is a PDA phone but the limited memory and lack of VGA kept me going back to my Loox. I can now retire both since I got the Diamond. I fing the TouchFLO 3D interface to be very useful for what I need to do on a day-to-day basis. I rarely venture beyond it except to use my installed software (PIM, phatnotes, etc.). For basic phone related functions it is great. The only downside is that TouchFLO 3D means that you can't use your other plug-ins as TouchFLO takes up the whole screen. I would love to be able to use my today plug-ins like Spb Phone Suite which has better phone profile management than TouchFLO. Like you I find the Diamond's battery life to be less than expected (However, I am using Exchange 2007). I find the phone eats battery juice when you are in a low signal area especially with Exhange push data active. It's a great little phone that I am sure will be improved with ROM updates. The Pro version will have some of the same limitations as it has the same sized battery.
BTW, I see that you (or someone in the house) are a fan of the Justice League.
