Yes, that would be a bummer. I hope you contacted HeliumDigital right away and asked for a replacement. I've found Jeff and the rest of the team there VERY responsive and helpful.
BTW readers.. Jeff contacted me this weekend to explain that, through an oversite, dma had received one of the sample units (like I get for reviews) by accident, and that this was not standard procedure for HeliumDigital. A new one has been sent out to our reader as a replacement, with his apologies.
