It does offer great comfort and extremely light weight. But the voice quality isn't up to snuff. There is no noise cancellation and you can really hear the background noise on the other end when driving (I've tested it calling my Skype voicemail and leaving myself a message).
Even in a quiet environment, the person on the other end will hear a rather robotic voice - understandable but robotic.

Hmmmm, interesting Chuck... as I mentioned in the article, my very critical wife said this headset was the most natural sounding of any i've tried over the last while. She said the Jawbone 2 had a much more 'mechanical, robotic' sound to it.
I agree that it's not great on noise cancellation.
