Fantastic Report! Although the hardware has not undergone a design refresh I think they are doing the right thing by spending more time on the software/firmware/services end of things. My guess is that this is not the end of announcements between now and this time next year. I imagine that Canada may get access to Zune Marketplace by year end. That we'll see additional updates in spring '09 that includes support for Windows Mobile. And a complete hardware refresh in fall '09. If they keep on that sort of schedule..I think Zune will gain some marketshare.
