My one complaint about this phone would be the odd 320x320 pixel resolution. Unless your 3rd party apps are 128dpi aware (normal apps are 96 dpi aware and VGA-compatible apps are 192 dpi aware), the icons, images, and other drawing of the app are going to look like crap because the OS will double every 3rd pixel both horizontally and vertically in order to scale it up to the screen's resolution which yields some very odd results. At least with non-VGA aware apps on a VGA screen they use pixel doubling, so that the effect is uniform if blocky. 320x320 was first introduced with WM 6, so older apps will definitely not be aware.

I would much prefer to see either a 480x480 screen or them running the 320x320 screen at 96 dpi (i.e. as if it were an extra-wide QVGA screen rather than a higher resolution version of a 240x240 screen). Really, I'd prefer to see either a landscape-oriented QVGA or VGA screen than a square screen- I've never liked square screens on WM devices.
