Please make it clear that this does not give you desktop-style browsing on your WM phone. It simply gives you the ability to scroll PIE with your finger. That's why it says "Additional functionality (Zoom) when running under 6.1." - WM 6.1 provides the zoom feature, not TouchBrowser.
