defcomg has just released a version of Jbed 3.1 not suffering from the Start menu link creation bug any more. It's currently available
HERE and will be avalable
on my DB back-end in a few hours. Therefore, if you still haven't installed Jbed 3.1, make sure you prefer this version to the others linked to above.
