HP turns off as soon as it is out of the cradle. Any thoughts on this???
I am confused and getting really stressed out over this. When I put the Ipaw hx4700 in the cradle it powers on just fine and shows a full charge. As soon as I take it out of the cradle it dies. Any clues?
