Well, I'm not sure what exactly your asking here. I guess the 1st piece would be to make sure you have ActiveSync installed on the new computer. You can go right to Microsofts web site and download it. The latest version is 4.5, and should work just fine with your device. If not you can go to my site:
Legacy Handhelds and click on one of the ActiveSync links on the left hand column of the main page. Once that is installed you should be able to connect your device to the new computer, and it will ask you what parts of Outlook you want to sync (i.e. Email, Contacts, Calander...)
