Jason, the next time you use this power bank connect it when your laptop battery is full charged. In that way you will use the power from this external battery first and when it's gone then start using the power from the laptop internal battery. That will add around 30 to 45 minutes more of battery life.
The secret is simple. If you use the laptop battery first and then you connect the power back your laptop use more power to run and at the same time recharge it's own battery.
