Firstly, thanks for the mention both to Pocket PC Thoughts and npenny. The landscape (and square aspect) bug is almost fixed.
As to Bacco's question, no it doesn't use the same database as Outlook for synching but it is on my list of things to investigate. You are the second person to request that feature so far so it would seem to be a popular one. Interoptability is important to me and is something I will be exploring along the way to future versions.
Obviously if there are any feature omissions that are causing people to not use nActionr I would like to know. It'd be bad business not to want to know
