Perhaps -- I'm debating it -- although the two are really different classes of devices. While they do loosely fall into the "smartphone" category, they're clearly oriented towards two different user groups -- the iPhone is oriented towards the consumer/multimedia market, while the Pocket PC is geared for the business/power user market. (At least, given the way it is now, with the iPhone a closed platform.)
