I am not too familiar with Acer but I was thinking about getting one for my Daughter. I currently have Dell Axim x51V but they are not making them anymore. You should have any problem with a Sandisk, Transcend, or Kingston. You should be able to get a 4 Gig for under $60. Just make sure that what even card you decided on is not SDHC. The SDHC card will not work in your device.
Don't worry so much about the access speed of the card because it is irrelevant on a PDA. Transcend makes 4 Gig X150 SD card but you will not get any benefit of that speed in you PDA.
