From the site you quoted. "838Pro Pocket PC and the C720W smartphone." I don't think it is simply Cingular but having an appropriate device.

I had to look up BIS and thats the Blackberry Internet Service? Have you tried Pocket Internet Explorer? Opera? Netfront?
Reading this http://business.cingular.com/busines...ry.jsp#webmail for the BIS benefits... I fail to see how a pocket PC doesn't satisfy nearly all those requirements. You would need to download and install Adobe or Foxit or Xpdf for PDF viewing but most of that is out of the box functionality.

The pocket PC also has MSN messenger out of the box and other messengers can be installed. I'm sorry but I'm confused. What am I missing?
