I've been happy with my $33 CF101 which I bought in 2000 from
www.plastecs.com for my first pocketpc, iPAQ 3650. It'd be nice if it had its own recharable battery like the Solio so you could solar charge whenever possible and then charge the pocketpc anytime, like at night--however, the CF101 is great for backpacking with its light-weight and simple design.
