The screenshots are new, but the OS is, indeed, Windows 2003SE. The shots done for reviews are from the reviewer's personal Pocket PC. Therefore, the review is based upon the OS and particulars of the reviewer's device--and since I have the "old" OS (as do about 80% of all Pocket PC users) the screenshots reflect this.
