As far as TCP/IP multiplayer games are concerned, Cube server: it seems to be working (see my Cube article here at the PPCT forums). The same stands for some other multiplayer games with a separate server component (for example, all OmniGSoft multiplayer titles)

Non-gaming-related networking server: a lot of them:

FTP, HTTP by Cambridge Computer Corp.
HTTP Proxy by me

And, if you install a (preferably dual-boot) Linux distro on it, you can run any other servers - even SMTP servers.
