Actually, by default, the option for the Wizard was not enabled until I posted the discovery of the registry entry by looking into the CapsNotify.exe
in my blog a long while back. Unfortunately, the HTC Apache (presumedly the CDMA version of the Wizard) didn't have the executable, nor made a difference when I copied it over and tried the same registry entry.
