Yes, it seems to be missing from the WM5 upgrade. Maybe HP and Microsoft thought that we didn't need it anymore as we wont lose our data if our batteries die out.
Anyhows, I went on to Sprite Software's website and found a $15 upgrade at

Considering that we now have to pay for doing backups on our hx4700's, I went on looking for other backup software and found the following summary of alternatives
